Software:

Hexastates PREDICT software is an AI-driven software system developed by Hexastate. PREDICT is a fully automated predictive maintenance software that uses advanced algorithms to analyze data from Hexastates high precision wireless sensors.

A fully automated predictive maintenance solution means for you as an end-user that you do not have to be able to analyze the data yourself as Hexastates PREDICT software automatically analyzes the data. With a fully automated solution, it becomes possible to monitor from just a few machines to massive scale implementations.

Hexastates PREDICT software collects data from the Hexastate high precision vibration and temperature sensors. This makes it possible to detect abnormal behavior and combined with Hexastates AI-driven PREDICT software, it becomes to automatically detect fault types such as but not limited to:

  • Misalignment
  • Wear on e.g. bearings
  • Faulty installation of machinery

Using the newest wireless technology, it becomes possible to do small to massive scale implementations of sensors. With this, your organization avoids having to do manual measurements and/or use expensive wired hardware to collect data.

Gateways

Gateway used to connect wireless vibration and temperature sensors creating an end-to-end solution measuring machine health.

The gateway operates with wireless technology, Wirepas, which enables large-scale implementations of sensors. Wirepas technology is a mesh network, where it becomes possible for data to be sent through the rest of the network of installed sensors.

Accessories

Nut adapter studs:

Nut epoxy mounting stud.

Used if there is a short opening for an M8 bolt or a spot with a small surface area.

Mounting specification:

  • Requires epoxy glue
  • Surface of 27 mm diameter.

 

Magnetic adapter studs:

Magnetic epoxy mounting stud.

Used if there is no opening for an M8 bolt or uneven surfaces.

Mounting specification:

  • Requires epoxy glue
  • Requires a surface of 32mm diameter.

The magnet will keep the wireless sensor attached to the surface of the machine while the epoxy hardens.
